La Ferramenta di Bologna srl is an authorized retailer and guarantees the authenticity of all products in stock. Some items may also include the designer’s proof of authenticity.
Product availability on our web store is subject to change. To stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and sales, we encourage you to sign up for our newsletter.
If you require an invoice, please provide the necessary details in the Billing Information section during checkout (including your VAT number). Requests for invoices after the products have been shipped will not be honored.
💱 Currency - Prices
Prices and currencies are displayed based on the IP address of your device. You can see the applicable country at the top of the page and manually adjust it if necessary.
The final charge on your credit card may vary due to currency fluctuations and bank fees. We recommend contacting your bank to understand the conversion rates and transaction fees.
All transactions will be charged in Euros (EUR). The final price is determined by the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

For customers outside the European Union, prices exclude VAT. For EU customers, prices include VAT.
La Ferramenta di Bologna srl ships exclusively from Italy. Your shipping country determines international duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country. For more details, please contact your local customs office.
🛑 Faulty Item
We rigorously inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer care immediately with your order reference number and photographs of the defect.
📨 Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox. If you do not receive any email, contact us at info@laferramentabologna.com.
Review your order confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors.
🪆 Multiple Item Order
We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain multiple quantities of the same item, especially for limited releases and sneakers. You will be notified by email if your order is adjusted.
🚫 Order Changes Requests
Notify our customer care of any errors (wrong details, wrong product ordered, etc.) immediately. Include your order reference number in the subject of your email. Changes to your order cannot be made once the shipping confirmation has been sent.
❌ Order Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to our discretion and are not guaranteed.
Order cancellations can be requested by emailing our Customer Service at info@laferramentabologna.com within 2 hours of purchase.
This excludes limited release products.
💳 Payment
We accept Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Klarna and Satispay. Refunds will be processed to the same account used for purchase.
New customers should note that La Ferramenta di Bologna srl may request a transaction verification from your bank, which can delay order processing.
All orders are subject to anti-fraud checks. Orders failing these checks will be cancelled.
If the funds are sufficient and the data is correctly entered, the transaction will be automatically authorized. If you suspect an issue with your payment, please contact us immediately.
🔍 Products/Accuracy of Content
We ensure accurate descriptions and specifications of our products at the time of publication. However, errors can occur, and the images are the valid reference for your purchase.
While we strive for accurate color reproduction, variations may occur due to browser or computer differences, which we cannot be held responsible for.
Please note that cosmetics and perfumes are displayed internationally but are only shipped within the EU due to customs restrictions.
Products may have been tried on in our stores; minor scratches or dirt from such activities are not considered defects.
