Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Footwear soles must be unmarked and in perfect condition.
  • Be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories (e.g., dustbags, hangers, garment covers, original boxes).

How to Request a Return

  1. Online RequestLog in to your account on our website to initiate the return request.

  2. Shipping the Return – The customer can:
    • Arrange the return independently using a preferred carrier (tracking number required). The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
    • Request a prepaid return label from LA FERRAMENTA DI BOLOGNA SRL via email immediately after submitting the return request. The cost will be communicated via email and, if accepted by the customer, deducted from the final refund.

Return Shipping Costs & Responsibilities

  • All return costs (including shipping fees, duties, and import taxes) are the customer's responsibility.
  • If any charges are billed to us, they will be deducted from the refund, along with the prepaid return label cost (if applicable).
  • LA FERRAMENTA DI BOLOGNA SRL does not assume liability for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking and sharing the tracking number.

Return Authorization & Processing

  • Once the return request is approved, you will receive an authorization email from LA FERRAMENTA DI BOLOGNA SRL.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will process the refund, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase. Any differences due to exchange rate fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
  • Processing time:
    • Credit Card: Available within 10-12 days, depending on the card issuer.
    • PayPal / Bank Transfer: Refunded to the original account.

Refusal of Delivery

Refusing to accept delivery is a violation of our purchase terms. If a package is refused and returned to our warehouse, all shipping costs, customs duties, and/or taxes incurred will be deducted from the refund. To avoid additional charges, please follow our standard return procedure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The security tag must remain intact on returned items.
  • We may request photographic proof before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products, sex toys).
  • Flammable liquids or gases (e.g., home fragrances, perfumes).
  • Final Sale / Last Call items.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item following the return process.
