Shipping policy

Orders placed with LA FERRAMENTA DI BOLOGNA SRL are shipped via DHL or FedEx, both within Italy and internationally. Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. In some cases, we may use alternative delivery methods, and we will notify customers via our website or directly in case of any delays.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination. Shipments to non-EU countries may experience delays due to customs procedures. Our Customer Care team actively monitors shipments and assists with any customs-related issues.

Orders are shipped only after payment has been received (bank transfers may take a few days to process).
